SwáSthya Yôga

SwáSthya Yôga is the Ancient Yôga, Ultra-Integral, Pre-Classic, Pre-Vêdic, systematized and codified by Shri DeRose in the turn of the III millennium.

SwáSthya means self-sufficiency.

It is a Yôga of very ancient roots, Dakshinacharatántrika-Nírishwarasámkhya Yôga, Tantra lineage and Sámkhya tendency.

The objective of Yôga can be learnt by reading the technical definition: "Yôga is any strictly practical methodology which drives to samádhi". Samádhi is a state of hiper-consciousness.We are a group of units located in Braga and in the south margin of Tagus river near Lisbon, supervised by João Camacho, Yôgachárya. We have dozens of students and practitioners, and we do different regular activities, besides weekly classes.

We are organized in departments specialized in each Yôga technique.

We provide different kind of trainings and courses concerning yôga, specially the Yôga Instructors Training Course.
